AIT uses scrum methodology that relies upon an incremental development of an application. This is maintained through regular corrections and transparent upgrades. Waterfall Methodology

AIT uses this methodology for clients who prefer one-time project delivery. AIT team first analyses and then determines the project requirement and needs before plunging into development. The latter phases include design, technology use, code implementation, testing solutions, execution, evaluation and maintenance.
